Classification
Lawn Lot
The sprawling greens of Centennial Garden enfold several lawn lots. A Lawn Lot is a memorial plot that requires underground interments where the only thing visible is the marble marker atop the lawn area. Lawn lots accommodate double-tiered interments. Centennial Garden's neatly landscaped lawn areas provide a real sanctuary for the dearly departed.
Premium Single Niche
An elegant half-niche structure which is marble or granite- finished adorns the memorial plot. Premier locations have been designated to set these memorial plots and they are designed for triple-tiered interments. The standard dimensions and the meticulous construction specifications create a well-planned premium single niche area.
4 Lots Garden Estate
Take refuge in the serenity and quiet solace of our Garden Estates Area. Our 4-Lot Garden Estate allows the client to put up a niche at a standard area identified by Centennial Garden. Full niche structures must not exceed 1 meter in width, 2.5 meters in length and 1 meter in height. Certainly, the niches will stand out in giving honor to the dearly departed.
6 Lots Garden Estate
Drawing attention to more individuality, the client can construct full niche at a standard area identified by Centennial Garden. Well-designed marble or granite finished niches are encouraged. Dimensions should be 1 meter in width, 1 meter in height and 2.5 meters in length.
8 Lots Garden Estate
Giving more distinction to this Garden Estate, the client is privileged to put up a double-niche structure. The structure can be embellished further with headstone, platform for vase along with candles and a bench. Specific layouts of each Garden Estate, as to the exact magnitudes of the structure and embellishments, are to be confirmed by Centennial Garden's Engineering Department.
11 Lots Family Estate
These family estate structures are ideal sanctuary for the dearly departed. Open structures with roofing are encouraged while setbacks of one meter for the facade and rear as well as one half meter set back alongside are required for landscaping. The structures' dimensions must not go beyond 3.5 meters in length and 4 meters in width and 3 meters in height. The construction of comfort room and air conditioner installation are not suitable.
12 Lots Family Estate
A space to soothe one's loss of a loved one - the 12 Lots Family Estate can accommodate open structures with roofing. Creative concepts, like putting up a mini ossuary within the structure, are allowed. The following dimensions of the structure should be strictly adhered to: 5.5 meters in length and 3 meters in width and height.
15 Lots Family Estate
A real safe haven when we speak about life and beyond, the 15 Lots Family Estate is privileged to have enclosed and airconditioned structure. Finding comfort within the confines of this structure, the construction of a washroom is permitted. Setback provision around the structure is required to enchance the structure's exterior with a splendid landscaping. The defined dimensions for the 15 Lots must not exceed 5.5 meters in length, 4 meters in width and 3 meters in height.
18 Lots Family Estate
The dearest departed deserves this beautiful final resting place - make best use of the structure's dimensions: 5.5 meters in length, 5 meters in width and 4 meters in height. One's creativity, inspired by the love for the departed, will certainly bring out the finest structure for the 18 lots.
21 Lots Family Estate
Giving the dearly departed a respectable and a more distinguished space, the 21 Lots Family Estate is a modest expanse where a structure of more tranquil ambience can be erected. The dimensions must not go over 5.5 meters in length, 6 meters in width and 4 meters in height and setbacks provision around the structure are required for landscaping.
24 Lots Family Estate
